What we do
we use special software that retrieves images stored on your media card, they can then be copied to a cd or back to your media card.
What memory cards can be restored?
All major memory cards as follows ,SD,XD,Compact flash,Memory sticks all other cards such as micro cards etc unfortunately can not be restored with our sysem.
How do i get the memory card to you?
Either send it through the post on a Recorded Signed For tm service, or if you live within a 15 mile radius a pick up and drop of service can be arranged.
How much does it cost?
£13.00 for recovering all your images, if more than one cd is used then a further £2.00 will be charged. if no images can be found then only the cost of getting your card back to you will be charged, usually around £3.00.
Can you guarantee to recover all the images?
No. Memory cards can sometimes be damaged beyond retrieving,
Please note that when retrieving images the software used will retrieve every photo, even the ones deliberately deleted, therefore any memory cards containing images of a personal nature that might cause you embarasment should not be sent.
